Change the way you look at things, and the things that you look at will change. (Wayne Dyer)

Let's Talk

Feeling anxious, maybe stuck not knowing which way to turn, depressed, or unhappy about life and wondering why you seem to get the same old patterns recurring over and over in life and relationships and want to change all that?

Making that first step toward seeing a therapist can be daunting, so I’d like to set your mind at ease by saying that I have a kind, compassionate way of working, where we can sit together in confidence to help you identify a better way forward where the past doesn’t have to define either your present or your future.

I am Jaquetta Trueman, a BACP accredited therapist with 14 years experience and I would like to invite you to a 30-minute initial video session so we can meet, assess your immediate needs, and for us to work together to agree a best way forward for you.

It is without obligation and is for you to decide at the end of this session, if you wish to book a series of appointments with me.

As your therapist my aim is to support and encourage you to discover a deeper understanding of what it is that brings you here, whether that’s depression, anxiety, stress, feeling stuck, or the many other issues people have come to work through with me over the years.

Together we can explore your less than helpful thought patterns and find new ways of facing whatever difficulties you are experiencing so you can move on in your life with renewed strength, confidence and self awareness.

If you are grieving the loss of a loved one, or any kind of loss, eg., relationship, pet or job I would like to offer you my care and support in talking through those confusing and overwhelming feelings.
